Return policy

We hope that your order brings you all the satisfaction you expect from it. Nevertheless, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unsatisfactory products at your own expense, in their original packaging, within 15 working days from the date of reception, in accordance with regulations governing remote sales. To obtain a reimbursement, please return the products together with all elements appearing on the delivery slip and the full invoice to the following address:

Please note that delivery costs will only be reimbursed in the event of an error on our part in processing your order. Products purchased at a “Révérence de Bastien” counter located in department stores or perfume shops cannot be exchanged or reimbursed directly by us. Each authorized “Révérence de Bastien” retailer applies its own return policy.

• Return the products to the address indicated above.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an error on our part.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

• Returned products must be accompanied by the delivery slip and invoice.

• Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• Delivery charges are refundable only if the return is due to our error.
